We are thrilled to share GAIA's 2022 Annual Report and hope you enjoy reading about our progress over the past year.

2022 was a turning point for program expansion despite a generational flood and continued efforts to hold COVID at bay. Program highlights include:

• Our Nursing Scholar Program tripled in size, now supporting 236 scholars with 515 graduates serving local health posts and hospitals throughout Malawi.
• Our Mobile Health Clinic Program increased five-fold the number of households in 3 districts within an hour's walk of care.
• And our Ana Patsogolo ("Children First") Program has ensured that over 8,000 children living with HIV were supported on life-saving antiretroviral therapy.

In addition to these incredible milestones, our Annual Report is complete with a snapshot of the current state of the AIDS epidemic, future goals, and the GAIA team's growing role in research and thought leadership.
